Time: 15 Minutes
Directions for Grilling mangos1. Pit and slice mangos into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
2. Preheat the grill as follows:
Direct heat, medium-high
(400 - 450 degrees F)
Direct heat, light ash, grate should be on lowest setting
Direct heat, light ash, 3 - 4 inches deep, grate should be 2 inches above the fire
3. Meanwhile, in small bowl whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice.
4. Grill mango slices directly over medium-high heat (400 degrees F) for 4 minutes. Brush with citrus glaze, flip over, and continue grilling mangos 4 more minutes.
You just want the mangos heated through with some grill marks and caramelization.
