Grilled Peaches Recipe

Delicious grilled peaches recipe for grilling peaches with a spiced honey glaze. Try it and tell us what you think at the bottom of this page.

Ingredients
(Serves 3 - 6)
Time: 15 Minutes

  • 3 peaches, pitted and halved


  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened


  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest


  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice


  • Whip cream
  • Directions for Grilling Peaches

    1. Preheat the grill as follows:

    Gas:
    Direct heat, medium-high
    (400 - 450 degrees F)

    Charcoal:
    Direct heat, light ash, grate should be on lowest setting

    Wood:
    Direct heat, light ash, 3 - 4 inches deep, grate should be 2 inches above the fire

    2. Meanwhile, in small bowl mix together the softened butter, honey, orange zest, and allspice.

    3. Grill peaches directly over medium-high heat (400 degrees F), flesh-side down for 4 minutes. Brush with spiced honey glaze, flip over, and continue grilling peaches 4 more minutes.

    Grilling Tip:
    You just want the peaches heated through with some grill marks and caramelization.

    4. To serve, fill the center of each peach half with whip cream.
