Hot and Spicy Grilled Pork Loin Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 6)
Time: About 5 Hours (Includes Marinating)
Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce
How To Grill Pork LoinIn a large resealable plastic bag, mix together the soy sauce, red wine vinegar, water, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the pork loin. Squeeze out excess air, seal bag, and turn to coat. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Remove the bag from the refrigerator for the last hour of marinating to bring your meat to room temperature. Warm meat will grill better, overall, than meat that starts our cold.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat (400 degrees F). Clean and lightly oil grate before placing pork loin on the grill.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork loin over direct heat for 5 minutes on each side to build up a nice crust. Then move to indirect heat. At this point, your bbq pork loin should take about 20 - 30 minutes to cook (turning meat every 5 minutes).
Let stand 5 - 10 minutes before slicing into medallions.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, and horseradish. Sprinkle the barbecued pork loin slices with sesame seeds and serve with hot mustard.
