Directions for Grilling Redfish Fillets
Preheat grill for medium-high heat (450 degrees F).
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, cayenne pepper, black pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt, and italian dressing.
Lightly oil grill grate.
Brush each side of your redfish fillets with the spiced butter mixture.
Grill skin-side down and cover. Every five minutes, remove cover, brush the flesh side with more of your mixture, and recover. Do not flip. Continue this process for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
