Directions for Grilling Sea Bass
In a small food processor or blender, add the basil, olive oil, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chili powder. Blend for at least 15 seconds.
Add marinade and sea bass to a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and turn to coat. Open, squeeze out excess air, and reseal.
Marinate your fish while you preheat your grill for medium heat (350 degrees F).
Lightly oil the grate. Place your sea bass skin side down, cover and grill for 7 minutes. Brush with left over marinade, flip, and continue grilling
7 more minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
